• Bicycle rental and safety equipment provision
• Professional tour guide services

All services are subject to availability and weather conditions.

4. Booking and Payment Terms

4.1 Booking Process

• Bookings can be made through our website contact form, email, or phone
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by thrushhikp
• A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us
• We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is required in full at the time of booking confirmation
• Prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods
• Payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment providers
• Group bookings may be eligible for special payment arrangements

4.3 Pricing

• Prices are subject to change without notice until booking confirmation
• Seasonal variations may apply to certain tours
• Group discounts are available for parties of 8 or more participants
• Additional charges may apply for special requests or modifications

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We may cancel tours due to:

• Severe weather conditions or safety concerns
• Insufficient bookings (minimum group size not met)
• Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

In case of cancellation by thrushhikp, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to another available date.

5.3 Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing fees charged by payment providers are non-refundable

6. Participant Responsibilities and Requirements

6.1 Age and Health Requirements

• Participants must be physically capable of cycling for the tour duration
• Minors under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
• Participants with medical conditions must inform us at booking
• We reserve the right to exclude participants who appear unfit for the activity

6.2 Behaviour and Conduct

• Follow all instructions from tour guides
• Respect other participants and local communities
• Comply with local traffic laws and regulations
• No alcohol or drug consumption during tours
• Disruptive behaviour may result in tour termination without refund

6.3 Equipment and Personal Items

• Wear appropriate clothing and footwear for cycling
• Use provided safety equipment (helmets, reflective vests)
• Bring personal items such as water, sunscreen, and medications
• Participants are responsible for their personal belongings

7. Safety and Liability

7.1 Safety Measures

• All bicycles are regularly maintained and inspected
• Safety equipment is provided and must be used
• Tour guides are trained in first aid and emergency procedures
• Routes are planned to minimise traffic exposure where possible

7.2 Assumption of Risk

Participants acknowledge that cycling involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Traffic-related accidents
• Falls or collisions
• Weather-related hazards
• Mechanical failures

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, thrushhikp's liability is limited to:

• The amount paid for the specific tour service
• Direct damages only (excluding consequential or indirect damages)
• Damages covered by our professional liability insurance

8. Insurance

thrushhikp maintains appropriate business insurance, including professional liability coverage. However, participants are strongly advised to obtain their own travel and health insurance covering:

• Personal injury and medical expenses
• Personal property damage or loss
• Trip cancellation or interruption
• Emergency evacuation if required

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and tour materials, is owned by thrushhikp or used with permission. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or business name without authorisation
• Create derivative works based on our materials

10. Privacy and Data Protection

For bookings made before Terms modifications, the original Terms at the time of booking will apply.
